Resident burn-out in Belgium: evaluating the role of the learning environment (2018)

Cette étude de cohorte menée par Stefan N. van Vendeloo, Lode Godderis, Paul L.P. Brand, Kees C.P.M. Verheyen, Suria A. Rowell en Harm Hoekstra auprès de médecins assistants en formation d’un hôpital universitaire belge, publiée dans le BMC Medical Education en 2018, renforce l’hypothèse que le burn-out des médecins assistants est partiellement lié à l’environnement éducatif et à la culture organisationnelle du lieu de formation.
